Employment Law

Our attorneys practice employment law for our business clients, defending them against claims made by current and former employees. We have defended our business clients against sexual harassment claims and a variety of employment discrimination claims involving both hiring and promotion decisions. We also draft non-compete and confidentiality contracts for our employers and, if those clauses are later breached by the employee, we will help our business clients hold their employees and former employees to those contracts.

Our goal is to create real-world solutions to even the most complex employment law issues. We strive to take the tangle of regulations, federal laws, and state laws that govern the employer-employee relationship and reduce them to easily understandable concepts.
