Employment LawOur attorneys practice employment law for our business clients, defending them against claims made by current and former employees. We have defended our business clients against sexual harassment claims and a variety of employment discrimination claims involving both hiring and promotion decisions. We also draft non-compete and confidentiality contracts for our employers and, if those clauses are later breached by the employee, we will help our business clients hold their employees and former employees to those contracts. We have represented school districts on the management side and have assisted other government entities with employment law issues as well.
