Vera Parenti-Ancone has a diverse practice including estate planning, estate administration, real estate and business. In particular, she advises clients in connection with wills, trusts, powers of attorney and trust and estate administration, and in transactional and business matters such as: business entity formation and selection; the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, business agreements and residential/commercial real estate agreements and leases; real estate settlements; and business purchase/sale agreements.
Ms. Parenti-Ancone graduated from the Temple University School of Law, where she received a Trial Advocacy Award. She also graduated from St. Joseph's University, cum laude, and was a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the national Jesuit Honor Society. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration.
Ms. Parenti-Ancone has provided pro bono assistance to the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians, which assists new immigrants.
Prior to joining Gawthrop Greenwood, Ms. Parenti-Ancone also acted as counsel for a local marketing and communications firm, and served as a director on the boards of a continuing professional medical education provider in Philadelphia and a homeowners' association in West Chester.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chester County Estate Planning Council and a member of the bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Ms. Parenti-Ancone is a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations.
