Mark L. Tunnell, a Board-Certified Civil Trial Advocate, handles a variety of complex commercial and injury cases, has won verdicts in excess of a million dollars, and frequently lectures on areas of interest which currently include probate and estate topics. He is also experienced in environmental litigation.
Mr. Tunnell has been practicing trial law for thirty-five years. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court and many other federal and state courts. He was an editor of the Chester County Law Reporter for two decades and is a past President of the Chester County Bar Association. He is a past Chair of the Civil Litigation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
