Stacey L. Fuller concentrates her practice in municipal and land use law, as well as education and special education law. She represents municipalities, townships, boroughs, planning commissions, zoning hearing boards and other governmental entities, as well as individual developers and residents on issues such as zoning and other land development matters. She also represents both schools (district, charter and alternative schools) and students and their parents in education and special education matters.
Ms. Fuller moved to the Chester County area in 2004 after residing in coastal North Carolina where she practiced law for 10 years and was a partner in the prominent firm of, Hogue, Hill, Jones, Nash and Lynch, of Wilmington, North Carolina. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry, and is active on the Accreditation and Bylaws Committees, as well as the Board of Directors of the Chester County Bar Association. She is a former member and Chair of the Board of Directors of the West Chester Area YMCA as well as the Greater West Chester Sunrise Rotary Club.
Originally from Liverpool, New York, Ms. Fuller received her Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from the University of Connecticut, where she graduated summa cum laude and was admitted into Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Fuller received her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1995 and the Pennsylvania Bar in 2004.
