About the Chester County Bar Association: The Chester County Bar Association offers a variety of services directed toward a better understanding of the legal system. Member benefits include continuing legal education, networking and opportunities for public service through the Pro Bono and Law Related Education programs. Its Lawyer Referral Service is the fastest way for members of the public to find an attorney who practices law in a particular area. "Access to Justice" is its award-winning program which provides legal help at low or no-cost to those who are not eligible for a pro-bono program but still cannot afford an attorney at full cost. The Association also provides community educational programs including Legal Education for Youth, People's Law School, and Law Explorers that give insight into the operation of the legal system, and the Mock Trial Competition, that helps Chester County youth learn more legal and social responsibility and encourages them to consider the legal profession. www.chescobar.org
