Our Environmental Law Practice Group delivers advanced litigation and counseling services to a broad range of clients including Fortune 500 companies, privately held businesses, local governments and individuals. The group handles matters involving federal and state law enforcement, maritime shipping, contaminated sites, brownfields redevelopment, water quality, stormwater, tanks, air emissions, alternative energy, indoor air quality, mold, agriculture, land development, toxic exposure, occupational health, mining, and waste disposal, among others.
Our experienced team includes a marine biologist and former U.S. EPA prosecutor, an accomplished environmental trial lawyer, a land development expert, and lawyers skilled in complex toxic tort cases, environmental due diligence for commercial transactions, and insurance coverage for environmental claims.
